Abstract of tender management project:

This postgraduate project focuses on the development of a Smart tender /Contract managementSystem using the Solidity programming language and blockchain technology. The current tender and contract management systems often face challenges related to transparency, security, and efficiency. The proposed solution strategically capitalizes on the decentralized and transparent characteristics of blockchain to effectively tackle these issues, thereby elevating the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the management process.

Existing System:

Conventional tender and contract management systems hinge on centralized databases, thereby raising substantial concerns, including issues such as data manipulation, a dearth of transparency, and vulnerability to unauthorized access. Moreover, these systems often struggle to adapt to evolving requirements and emerging challengesThese limitations necessitate the exploration of innovative solutions to improve the efficiency and security of the existing systems.

Proposed System:

The proposed Smart Tender/Contract Management System employs a blockchain-based approach to ensure transparency, immutability, and secure record-keeping. Smart contracts, implemented in Solidity, will automate and enforce contract terms, reducing the need for intermediaries.
