Abstract
The “Women Safety Application with Online Vaccination System” project aims to create a comprehensive platform that enhances women’s safety while also providing an integrated online vaccination system. The application includes features like emergency alerts, location tracking, and quick access to nearby help centers to ensure safety. Additionally, it incorporates an online vaccination booking and reminder system, which enables users to schedule vaccination appointments, track their vaccination history, and receive timely reminders. The project addresses two critical aspects: women’s safety and public health, ensuring that users have access to essential services in a secure and efficient manner.
Existing System
In the current scenario, women’s safety apps and online vaccination systems are often developed as separate entities. Women’s safety applications generally provide emergency SOS features, location sharing, and contacts with nearby authorities. Similarly, online vaccination systems allow users to book appointments, manage vaccination records, and get reminders, but these services are rarely integrated. The existing systems lack a unified platform that addresses both women’s safety and vaccination needs, leading to inefficiencies and inconvenience for users who require both services.
Proposed System
The proposed system integrates women’s safety features with an online vaccination system into a single application. The application will include an SOS button that sends emergency alerts to predefined contacts and nearby authorities, along with real-time location tracking. It also features a vaccination management module that allows users to book appointments, track vaccination schedules, and receive reminders. By combining these two critical services, the system offers a seamless experience, enhancing user safety and health management. The proposed system aims to provide a secure, user-friendly, and efficient solution that addresses the needs of women regarding both personal safety and public health.
Methodology
The development of this project will follow the Agile methodology, which promotes iterative progress, flexibility, and continuous feedback. The project will be divided into several sprints, each focusing on different aspects of the system, such as the safety module, vaccination management, and user interface design. Regular feedback from potential users will be gathered and used to refine features and functionalities. User testing will be conducted in each sprint to ensure the system meets the requirements and expectations. The final product will be a robust application that is thoroughly tested and refined through continuous development cycles.
